When launching ACP, either via a web browser, or through the Revit add-in, users are taken to their ACP Workspace, which defaults to the **Projects** tab. This guide provides an overview of the ACP Workspace, including detailed navigation, and functionality of each component. > [!NOTE] > ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/C1.png) *Revit projects may be* [***linked directly to an ACP project***](/v1/docs/linking-a-revit-project-to-an-acp-project-blank) *through the Revit Add-in, which would allow for that project to open as the default view each time ACP is launched from that Revit project.* --- ## Overall Workspace navigation The ACP **Workspace** is organized into the following key sections:![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-2NK1WAFD.png) ### ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-1YJFYTY7.png) Top navigation bar - **View Name:** Displays the Workspace name & logo, as well as the name of the tab and project the user is currently in. ### ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-QIC84QNH.png) Viewer - Displays the contents of the selected tab (**Projects, Specifications, Rule Templates**, etc.), and function within a given tab. ### ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-XOXKAIVO.png) Left sidebar - [**Projects tab:**](/v1/docs/navigating-the-acp-interface#projects-tab) Displays all active and completed projects, with sorting and filtering options. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-J1R5MOTZ.png) - [**Specifications tab**](/v1/docs/navigating-the-acp-interface#specifications-tab)**:** Lists available support specifications and allows for customized Support Specifications to be created. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-Z3LNJEJD.png) - [**Rule Templates tab**](/v1/docs/navigating-the-acp-interface#rule-templates-tab)**:** Allows users to view, create and edit Design Rule Templates for ease of application to studies. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-B5E4LHX4.png) - **Give Feedback:** An action button to send any feedback or report issues to ACP’s support team. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-IDPW67FS.png) - [**About tab:**](/v1/docs/navigating-the-acp-interface#about-tab) Shows information about the version of ACP in use, the deployment URL, and a download link of the latest version of the ACP Revit Add-in. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-B4TA84BQ.png) - **Account Name:** Displays the username associated with the account. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-ZQH0IVJG.png) - **Logout button:** Logs the user out of the current session of ACP. ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-3U39MVGZ.png) --- ## Projects tab ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image(183).png) ### Filters & controls - ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/projects table.png)![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-ULW77UPA.png) **Search:** Displays projects with names containing or matching the entered text. - ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-VRL6G3YV.png) **Density toggle:** Allows switching between Medium and Compact size of the Projects table. - ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-QL23PNEP.png) **Create Project:** Initiates the process of [creating a new project](/v1/docs/creating-an-acp-project). - ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/sort(1).png) **Sorting**: Sorts all rows in the table by either the ascending or descending order of the column’s values. - ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image-1TX1YUOL.png) **Pagination:** Determines the number of projects displayed per page (10, 20, 50, or 100 projects). ### Projects table ![](https://cdn.us.document360.io/3db99144-2736-4654-a3ba-1aa2e78ddb2a/Images/Documentation/image(314).png) - **Project Name:** Displays the name of the project. - **Client Name:** Identifies the client for the project as entered by the user. - **Project Address:** Provides the location of the project site as entered by the user. - **Site Name:** Specifies the name of the project’s site.
